Empty everything from a large closet with doors in it. Choose wallpaper and two colors of coordinating paint. Wallpaper inside the wardrobe. Buy two standard file-size cabinets, about 27 inches high and 18 inches deep. Buy two rolling boxes so the file cabinets will be easy to move, and attach them to the metal file cabinets with screws. Spray paint from the cabinets in one of the two colors of the coordinating paint. Buy a piece of laminated cardboard 3/4 inch thick and place it through the cabinets to form the desk.
Paint the inside of the doors in a color that matches the wallpaper. Use screws to join sheets of cardboard and cork in the doors. Glue wood trims around the leaves to give them a finished look. Hanging hooks on a cardboard sheet, to hold scissors, tape and small containers for pens and pencils. Put tacks on the board. Clipboard hangs on the cardboard sheet that can hold documents at your fingertips.
